Positionings:
The above position was fixed on the 2003-02-27, notarially layed down and authenticated with the value of eur 12,000 at the 2003-03-12.
The work analogue_series#no.2k0023 offers the possibility for participation during the current process. Altogether there are 24 participation-opportunities; under the condition that the potential participant will serve an interesting spectrum extension for GeheimRat. The participation is except of some scholarships and sponsored participation licences for ngos + gos bound to the payment of a royalty of eur 12,000.
The value of all certificates amounts to eur 288,000 [net].

the above mentioned work is an open, processual and multi-partial artwork without a preformulated objective or goal. The development-work is integral component of the work, too.
It performs a work of the 4th and 5th dimension: after an art-theoretical view on canvas (2-dimensional), on plastics and/or objects (3-dimensional), on room-installations, environments, temporary happenings and performances (4. dimension: temporal aspect, process-orientation) we now can notice an interest for the 5. dimension (quality and quantity of cross-linking of elements and their relations to each other).
The postal address and bourgoise address-data appears as an integral security system of an analogue human_thinking.
Multiple copyright offences are to be noticed.
The work performs in the stressfield of human rights, liberty of scientific and artistic production, the liberty of moving and of temporary residence, as well as the international copyright.

Festlegungen:
Die obige position wurde am 2003-02-27 festgelegt und am 2003-03-12 mit unterschrift notariell mit dem wert von eur 12.000,- fixiert und beglaubigt.
Die arbeit analogue_series#no.2k0023 bietet waehrend des laufenden prozesses die moeglichkeit zur partizipation. Insgesamt koennen 24 partizipienten mitwirken. Voraussetzung ist eine fuer GeheimRat interessante spektrums-erweiterung, ueber die sich etwaige aspiranten selbst positionieren koennen. Die teilnahme ist neben einigen stipendien und sponsored teilnahmen von ngos + gos an die zahlung einer lizenzgebuehr in hoehe von eur 12.000,- gebunden.
Der preis aller certificates betraegt netto eur 288.000,-.
Bisherige zwischenergebnisse (eine auswahl):
Es handelt sich bei dem vorliegenden werk um ein vielstrangiges, offenes und prozessuales werk ohne vorformuliertes ziel. Auch die entwicklungsarbeit ist integraler bestandteil des werkes.
Die arbeit stellt ein werk der 4. und 5. dimension dar: nach kunsttheoretischer betrachtung von kuenstlerischem wirken auf der leinwand (2-dimensional), von plastiken und/oder objekten (3-dimensional), von rauminstallationen, environments, temporaeren happenings und performances (4. dimension: zeitlicher aspekt, prozesshaftigkeit) kann nun auch die 5. dimension (qualitaet+quantitaet der vernetzung von elementen und deren relationen zueinander) aktiviert werden.
Die postadresse und buergerlichen adressdaten dienen als integrales sicherungssystem einer analogen mensch_ueberlegung.
Eine Vielzahl von Urheberrechtsverletzungen sind zu konstatieren.
Die arbeit bewegt sich im spannungsfeld der menschenrechte, wissenschaftlicher und kuenstlerischer freiheit, der bewegungs- und aufenthaltsfreiheit sowie dem internationalen urheberrecht.
